These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the GraduateNex website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account using Google Sign-In or email registration. You are responsible for:

GraduateNex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

GraduateNex provides the following digital services and products designed to assist students and professionals:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We support UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

GraduateNex reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy policy.

All content, trademarks, logos, UI design, source code templates, documentation, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are owned by or licensed to GraduateNex and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the purchased digital products for your own educational or professional needs. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any purchased product.
• Upload purchased content to public repositories or file-sharing platforms.
• Remove copyright notices or attribution from any materials.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written consent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GraduateNex does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content is provided as an assistive output and may require user review and modification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraduateNex and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to GraduateNex in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GraduateNex, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

GraduateNex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

GraduateNex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
